About

I was born in 1984, I'm from Solihull in the West Midlands where I live with my husband, two young daughters, seven moggies, a Leopard tortoise and a yellow Labrador.

I am very passionate about protecting children and vulnerable people. I do a lot of activism online against multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes and other scams that target the most vulnerable in society along with volunteer work with women going through domestic abuse and family court issues.

I created Identity: Child during the most difficult time in my adult life when early in 2023 up until April 2024 a notorious pyramid scheme cult, its owners, and certain top reps attempted to destroy my life and reputation after my content contributed to the implosion and of their entire scam. Creating this book probably saved my life. That sounds mental doesn't it? But as mental as it sounds, it's actually true!

My background is digital art and 3D model making; I have an honours degree in Animation. I stopped working for money in 2015 when I had my first daughter. I had been meaning to make my own children's book forever but I only just got round to it.

My hobbies include gobbing off online, walking, watching true crime videos on YouTube or any documentaries about anything weird or interesting and DIY. My addictions include scrolling TikTok.

I have my next book in progress called "Theo is a Boy". I got the idea when explaining the meaning of Identity: Child to my youngest, very stereotypical, daughter. I described a child who was exactly like her in everyway, this child liked all the things that she liked and disliked all the things that she disliked. I asked her how she would feel if that child was not allowed to wear beautiful dresses or play with beautiful dolls and instead given red t-shirts with pictures of green dinosaurs on them to wear, and cars to play with, not one single Princess doll. She was naturally horrified and could not understand why anyone would do this to a child. Then I told her that this child was a boy, and the world thought that this should mean he can't have those things even though he was just like her in everyway but one. She did not think it was very fair at all. So I decided to make this boy into a character called Theo.
